SunMUN XVII Registration
Registration for SunMUN XVII is open!!! To register, please read our registration policies below and then fill out the form at the bottom of the page.
Registration Policies
Delegation Size
Small delegations are classified as any delegation bringing 1-14 delegates
Large delegations are delegations bringing 15 or more delegates.
There are two delegation awards: one for small delegations and the other for large delegations.
Individual Delegates
For individual delegates (delegates attending by themselves, unaffiliated with any other delegates or schools), the delegation fee is waived. The individual delegate is still responsible for their delegate fee based on the time of their registration.
As an individual delegate, you will only be eligible for single delegation committees. The SunMUN Secretariat will not pair individual delegates together for a double delegation committee.
Individual delegates are only considered for individual awards.
If a group of independent delegates wish to participate together, they must register as a school and pay the delegation fee, This can be done In the registration form where it asks for the school name (please put the group name you would like to be recognized as).
During registration, please mark yourself as an individual delegate by following the form’s instructions.
Payment Policy
Invoices and Delegate allocations
Invoices will be sent out via email within two business days from delegations’ registration. Before delegate allocations are sent, payment or proof of payment must have been received by Model United nations at Arizona State University. If you are paying by check or mail, please take a photo of the letter being sent.
After Model United Nations at Arizona State University receives a confirmation of payment, delegation allocations will be sent out the next business day.
Registration periods will be marked by the day the delegation completed the registration form.
Payment Methods
SunMUN accepts payment in the form of checks, card, Zelle. If there other arrangements for payment need to be made please reach out to our email: modelunasu@gmail.com.
Delegations paying by card will be charged a 2.9% to 3.2% processing fee.
Information on addressing checks or completing payment through a different payment method will be on the delegations’ invoices.

Delegate Drops
SunMUN encourages all delegations to communicate delegation changes as soon as possible.
For delegation changes, please email the change to modelunasu@gmail.com
Delegate drops will be refunded according to the drop deadlines below.
The delegation fee is non-refundable if the entire delegation drops.
